Your favourite three cars

Featured Replies

The three that you would choose from if you had the money to buy one of them tomorrow.Classic or modern

Choosing 5 is too easy, cutting it down to 3 is quite difficult.Mine are all classic

1.Ferrari 308 gts (gawd I'm tempted to buy one)

2.Lancia Delta Integrale

3.Maserati Mistral Spyder

Found it really difficult to choose Lancia over Aston Martin DB5 convertible.Aaaaaaargh.Choosing just 3 is difficult:D

If money wasnt an object...

Audi RS6 Avant (for the family outings)

Audi R8 (for the weekends)

Shelby Mustang - tuned. (for the cruise/look at me factor)

In no particular order

Lancia Delta Integrale

1967 Shelby Mustang GT500

Bugatti Veyron

Choosing 3 is really difficult and I know I'm going to change my mind once people start posting up other cars.:o

Skoda fabia 2.0l

Skoda fabia 2.0l estate as a daily driver

spare skoda fabia 2.0l fitted with falkens for track use

Ok well

1) Range Rover Overfinch

2) Mercedes C63 AMG

3) Vrs

Al though there arw at least another 4 i can think of

mk1 ford escort

205 gti

fabia vrs

205 gti

Nearly made it onto my list as well but was just beaten by the Lancia.

Saying that I was tempted to put a Citroen Ax on my list (my first 2 cars:O!)

didnt think of the ax! the gt was an ace car,id still have one today

Ferrari F40 - weekend car for fun and track days

Audi RS6 - everyday car

and I'm split between something comfy like a Phaeton and A defender 110 swb.

I think I could live with the first two.

Of course beside them in the garage would be a

Ducati 916

Honda Pan European

MV Augusta

Kawasaki ZX-7R

Triumph Speed Triple

Honda RVF400

1) Audi RS4 Avant for the practical side of life,

2) Aston Martin DB9 convertible for the not so practical side of life,

3) I would forget the 3rd car and buy a boat.

Presuming I also had a practical car then they are all classics:

1. Jaguar E-Type

2. Renault Alpine A110

3. Citroen DS

Skoda fabia 2.0l

Skoda fabia 2.0l estate as a daily driver

spare skoda fabia 2.0l fitted with falkens for track use

Me:

Another vote for the LDI,

TR8 convertible (with grease monkey on speed dial, no doubt) - Gene Hunt's weekend wheels!

Volvo 850 T5-R for all Ap0gee Jr's stuff...

My top three list seems to change every week on average, but at the moment if I had the money today I would go out and buy:

Subaru Impreza WRX STi Spec-C Type RA-R

Nissan Skyline R32 GTR V-Spec

Toyota Sprinter Trueno AE86 3dr

I could just about pass the Impreza with the lass as the practical family saloon, the R32 for a bit of a weekend weapon and the AE86 for a bit of stripped out track fun. If I could buy a 4th vehicle it would be a petrol tanker to follow me around everywhere too :P

Easy!

Renault Fuego - love the shape and interior

Skoda Estelle - Everything you need from a car - lasts a lifetime

Triumph Acclaim - I melt when I see these - just perfect!

Have the Estelle - just the Renault and Triumph to go.

Ian

for me

1)Skoda octavia vRS

2)Skoda Fabia Vrs SE

3)Ford Focus ST

1).Skoda Octavia TFSi vRS in yellow for everyday use.

2).Skoda 120 Rapid CE Coupe - only 90 produced and want one for the hens teeth rarity value.

3).Skoda Fabia WRC in Red Bull colours - awesome!

Mine....

1. Audi RS2 Avant - the original supersonic load lugger.

2. Delorean DMC12 - restored/fettled by DMC, Texas.

3. Mercedes McLaren SLR - the whine from that supercharged engine on throttle....the stuff that dreams are made of.

If this was a bigger list, positions 4 and 5 would be taken up by petrol refineries....

1. Noble M12 GTO 3R

2. Porsche 911 GT3 RS

3. Mk 1 Triumph Stag V8 Manual overdrive

Hmm it is difficult only choosing 3 cars

For comfort and waftability is would be a Mercedes Pulman Limo from the 60's

Supercar would have to be Lamborghini Reventon

and just for the hell of it the biggest most expensive pimped out Winnebago money could buy including a KTM Xbow fitted underneath.

Ferrari F40

Bentley Continental Flying Spur Speed

AE86

Jensen Interceptor FF

TVR Cerbera

Lotus Sunbeam

And about 50 others!

Mclaren F1 gtr

Triumph Dolomite sprint

Audi RS6 Avant

+many, many others!

Mark

In no particular order

Octavia vRS

Ford Mustang

Chrysler 300c

Bugatti Veyron

Audi RS4 Avant

Bowler Nemesis

for now anyway.

Mk1 Lotus Cortina

BMW 535d Touring

UR quattro SWB
