From what i can gather the prices for 1 tent and two people for 2 nights is : £40

I will need definate numbers in the next few days and then i can see if i can negotiate a discount for freedom members. I will also see when they will need a deposit by and full payment by and let everyone know asap.

Sorry, thats out of range of my budget, I thought you was planning on camping.

Ok,I got a reply back to confirm the prices and have corrected the prices above. The price is £20 per night per car load (maximuim of 4 people) per tent. Looking at the list we dont have anymore than 4 per tent and a few 2 per tents so it be £40 for the whole weekend.

I will get back to them and find out when will they need a deposit by and when they will need full payment. So far we have 7 tent loads going and what i would like to do is get in all the deposits soon to secure an area for all of us so we dont get split up around the site and therefore can keep our community together.

So far we have the following, but i do stress I need to have those wanting to come to add themselves soon to save agro closer to the time trying to organise extra spaces etc.

What £20 per night? i like to see a hotel for less!! the £20 per night is for one pitch with up to 4 people and one car, you could always bunk up with someone else

I am interested, but due to my studies for my final accountancy papers, I cannot commit to anything around June/July. I'm being forced to hold back on organising things like GTI International myself. :(

dates are set, ill have to get my backside in gear in next few weeks and contact them to see if anyone who wants to go can book with them quoting briskoda (to keep us all together) or would they prefer payment in one go, in which case i be asking for payment. Ive not forgotton just been busy!!!

cool no worries mate, just I have some vacent dates towards end of June and start of July that need filled otherwise will be in the house for two weeks!

the dates of 26-28 june will still stand, just need to see if i can arrange that they put us in an area big enough for us and that they can take payment from people for their stay if they quote briskoda.

This is the definate list £40 for the weekend (£20 per night) which includes 1 car and 1 tent and up to 4 people. I will post details of payment once i can confirm with Biling if they can or cannot do the payments seperatley but keep us all together. IIRC camping in the lakes last year was £7.5 per person per night, so a bargain really for those bringing families and kids are welcome!!
