I've had a look around and couldn't find this posted already, so I thought I'd chuck it in. Please feel free to kill it if it's an unintentional repost :)

I'm done with this car! - MustangForums.com

Surely this isn't for real... surely no body would be that stupid!???

This must be a wind up

From what I can gather he was deadly serious - I think he trusted someone from the forum for technical advice, who turned out to be a wind-up merchant. Just the image of that poor 'stang trying to turn over as the cylinders are flooding is painful..

The scary thing is all the excess testosterone exhibited by the Forum posters. Complete bunch of morons with their ‘shoot him’ comments. Do they think it makes them big men to gang up like that?

Mind you it was a pretty daft thing to do:D

Oh dear.....

but :rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl:

i reckon the engine would go again.. fill her up with oil, crank it over a few times by hand with a breaker bar, and it would loosen up and go

i know from personal experience that a rover v8 will do more than 30 miles on full chat without any oil in before it stops dead

The first reply summed it up for me :D:rofl:

The mind boggles....

Nice one....... I like the guy who replied saying that he would have been ok if he'd put some soap in the water.:rofl::rofl:

Cheers

Dave.

Indeed.

Oh dear - waste of a decent engine.

As others said surely if he was draining the oil he should have known what he was doing!

Next thing he will be undoing lug nuts with a shotgun

Did see a girly motorist trying to put oil into her ford escort by pouring it down the dipstick tube

I know a man who has actually managed this feat:rofl:. I however know the difference, as do all my female friends :P(apart form Lesley, she might put oil on the brakes to stop them squealing)
