Nice indeed.

Is that the only photo?

All looks a bit 'tarty' to me; they ought to stick with simple colour coding.

Mind you the seats look like they might be Recaro - yipee.

Then they go and spoil it all with Dunlop tyres!

I reckon that's a European mainland run-out special to shift the pre-facelift cars...

... but the RS is not going to be facelifted; is it? at least not in the same way as the rest of the range.

It needs the grille painting black too.

looks nice but i don't think it'll happen myself.

That front spoiler lip looks nice, something I feel the current one lacks a little. Would be nice if you could buy that separately, but in blue.

I Think It Would Suit The Yellow And White vRS Better.

Craig.......

would be interested to see what the "rear black diffuser" looks like

Oo I like.

Shame about the Chrome

Not keen on the Red Leather either... Though the seats look like the same as the Corsa VXR has - so in other words, awesome (if they were black.....)!

Otherwise, tasty - the Carbon Door inserts are gooooooooooooood

Black stick on front spoiler and black side strips look crap. Really, really, bad.

Black wheels - not as bad as above, but still dont think i like.

Seats are different, but not sure if i prefer them or not.

Rest of it looks OK though ;)

So just a cosmetic job? No engine improvements/changes?

Edit: Just checked the link, cosmetic only. Shame.

Is that a DSG box?

It is my understanding, only from reading on here (though it seems that many have glossed over the snippet), that the vRS and Scout will get facelifted, but later in 2009. Why wouldn't the two "flagship" Octavias not get the new corporate nose?

But.... as a halfway house as they use up the last of the pre-facelift body panels on vRS' and Scouts externally, it has been suggested on here that the interior will be from the facelifted models.

Just be patient, I'm sure the facelifted Focus ST followed behind the facelifting of the "regular" focuses last year.

Niall

N.B. None of the above is fact, just a summary of what I've read on the Briskoda rumour mill!!

Is that a DSG box?

Looks that way!

I am sure those seats are the ones from the Audi RS6/RS4 which are very supportive (as long as you are not Homer shaped like me) but a little hard

I really dont like it, think it looks a bit cheap somewhat.

Maybe with a black leather interior, but theres too much going on with the 3 way (blue, black, red) colourscheme.

If the car was finished in black it would look nice i think, or red.

I would prefer more go and less bling

Nice seats! and black wheels.

At least it stands out from the crowd now!

Black wheels - yuk

Black sidestrips - yuk

Black lip on front spoiler - yuk

Black bit of plastic on the rear valance (sorry refuse to call it a "diffuser") - yuk

Seats - yuk (they look like nice seats, but why RED?)

DSG box - hmmm maybe

Wonder what kind of exclusivity premium there'll be? :D

Totally Agree - yuk, yuk and more yuk:thumbdwn:; apart from the seats, mmmmmmmm.;)
