Would you want a 1.0 Corsa though?

Desperate measures from a company in deep doo doo.

Not myself no.

Would you want a Vectra more to the point ......

Does the same deal apply to SAAB's as well?

Having had both of those as courtesy cars....I would advise against getting either :thumbdwn:

Shifts stock numbers, and they probably have a load of vectras to get rid of now the Insignia is out. You also probably wouldn't get as good a discount on the Vectra compared to if you bought it on its own!

Again no.

I suspect there are fields full of them somewhere.

as a mile muncher, the Vectra isn't really that bad...

A bit bland, but performance is pretty good and plenty of room inside...

Mind you, my last Vectra was a 2.5V6 GSi

Company car? ;)

Not a bad first car for a family with the need for a small family car and a kid who's just passed their test?

I've seen worse offers out there, a frugal yet quick-ish Vectra and a little runabout as a spare on the drive for free.

Joking aside, the Vectra is pretty good on the motorway which is its natural hunting ground.

So you buy a car thats been superceed and get a used car thrown in for free... wow bargain.

Funny that the ads dont mention how much you have to pay for the Vectra, not that long ago you could get a new (pre-reg) 120 Exclusiv for a shade over £10k, not sure of the prices more recently with the current financial climate but no doubt similar or better.

So, if they are charging "list" for the vectra, the corsa been free may not be that free after all.........

i'd second that...

Here's to Skoda offering a Mk ll Octy VRS CR170 DSG with a free nearly new Fabia VRS (well - you can always live in hope)

Old stock shifting, probably a good deal if the price was known.

Hope being the word, VAG never give anything away, I know it, you know it, tightest company on the planet, I think you could get a better all round discount from BMW before VAG.

I'm sitting here Praying that Volvo offer a similar deal in April when i get back to the UK.

You'll probably have to pay list for the Vectra and the Corsa is used.

If you shopped around you could probably still beat that deal.

List = £16564.25

who in their right mind would want two poxy diesels  i'm still coming to terms with the fact that a poxy diesel is on the horizon...:mecry:

That will be the deal killer tbh, VX have a lot of unsold Vec's to shift, so if anyone wanted one you could probably march in an bag a basic one for 10k or less.

Since when is a car that you can't sit in for an hour without getting "numb bum" a good motorway mile muncher? For comparison I can do 4 hours or so non-stop in the Octy with no more ill effects than a stiff right ankle.

Pre-reg are selling for £9998 and you can pick up an 08 1.2 Corsa for about £6600.

Doesn't beat it but shows the price isn't bad but not special either.
