Ultimate vRS private plate? (can't find)

Featured Replies

I had B19 VRS, and I've got WH05 VRS, two of the best, I reckon.

I was going to get GO51OWR - GO SLOWER

I also fancied VR53FAB - VRS 3 FAB - Mines No3!

How much that cost you Des? ;)

Nothing, I swapped it for some old cheese. :rotz:

Someone i know on here bought VR55KUD (VRS SKUD) when the 55 plates came out.

I've got a pic on my mob of

M1 LFS

saw on a van on the way to work, I just burst out laughing (and confused my car-share)

I had B19 VRS before you Grumpy.....:P

I wanted EY04 VRS (normal numberplate, same year, my initials & VRS) but it isn't really worth the money tbh :D

Was on DVLA site looking at "vrs" plates.. best I could find was N111 VRS..

Did make me realise though.. V7 VRS would rock!

The V7 kinda looks like the VRS V on the badge even with legal spacing! I want it! lol!

Have that plate on my car already

Just sold SKO5ODA to Rainworth skoda dealers in Mansfield to go on there breakdown truck.

FAB 14D is in the DVLA auctions the now, along with some nice un's.

EDIT : Or was, seems its been bought already hehee.

Reading through this thread makes me laugh... I may be wrong and its just a matter of opinion but i just dont get private plates, dont get me wrong those of you who do and like them thats no bad thing, they just dont make sense to me. Especially getting one that says VRS or Skoda, the car has a badge just above the plate saying that (unless you debadged then it makes even less sense lol, and the irony is genius!!)

If we had an expensive porsche, ferrari or aston then expressing you have money is very evident by the car you are driving so no need for a plate, driving a skoda fabia shows you arent as rich and in turn just looks wrong. (i can say this as i own a vrs, and love it!) If it is to hide the age then again, not really making sense as people who know the fabia is more than just a 5 door diesel hatch skoda will know when it (or there abouts) was made, those who dont, just think its a 5 door hatch skoda and why would you try to impress them?

Plates which say your name make more sense i suppose because you are making it personal to you and in turn individual. But having "VRS F45T" or silimar on the back just makes people with better, "F45Ter" cars laugh.

I have a VRS and absolubtly love it, so its not an ANTI VRS rant just an observation. Each to their own and all that but thats my opinion.

Ok, so why have you chosen "vrsneil" as your username when i can just look underneath it at "members car" and see that you have a Fabia vRs?

I would of been able to work out you had a vRS if you had just called yourself "neil".

My VRS plate is fantastic!

S*** VRS

The three numbers are the same and considered by some to be lucky.

The plate came with the car and I love it! Would never have thought or getting a vanity plate myself, but once you've got one it brings a smile to your face.

mines came out factory with SK06 WVR..nearly skoda and an s at the end of the r would be vrs..:L

It was actually a silver VRS i test drove Dave. Very tempted to go for that colour, but it was a silver Passat i had at the time and felt like a change! No regrets either....Race Blue is smart, and thus far really easy to keep clean and detail.

I got mine second hand and would probably have gone for blue if I'd had a choice, but I'm not disappointed.

Ive been through Selby tonight and have see MY57ODA----MY SKODA on an octavia
