Just to let you know that we now have 5 people wanting a cable in the second Group Buy.

I have contacted the 5 people on the list and if they are happy with the price we will get things moving ASAP.

So this is really a final call for the 2nd GB - You've probably only got a day or two at most to get your name down.

Final Update before I make the purchases for the second GB.

Current 5 people have all OK'ed the price.

The cut-off time before I place the order will be:

MIDDAY - 23rd September

Any requests for this cable after that time will probably unfortunately be out of luck and will have to wait for any future GB.

Just wanted to say a big thanks to Stoofa for doing this! Mine arrived this morning and was fitted within 10 minutes:D

Received cable and installed ok.

Unfortunately - i'm seeing same symptoms as Manny in post #88.

In the service screen - both ANT1 and ANT2 show as OFF.

As per Mannyo's post i have used it for a day and been in and out the car a few times and through the menu's hoping it might clear itself - but as yet it hasn't cleared.

Mannyo - any ideas mate? Anyone???

Is it working, but just showing a fault? Or is it not working? Have you checked via VCDS, as I'm sure you will still show an antena fault even with the adapter. Because if your car had the second antena as standard, it would be an amplified one, as it picks up via the rear screen heater element, however you are using a none amplified one (and for that matter the same one as Ant1!) so i wonder if this is the issue, ie it's not seeing the sort of antena it's expecting? However I have just checked mine via the hidden menu & both are shown as working

Mines now working fine, not sure if there are any faults as the car has not been scanned by VCDS since. AM/FM and TMC all working fine.
