My daughter opened my car to get a cd out and must have pressed the button too long and it dropped all my windows. I cycle to work so it had been like that for a week. So what with all the torrential rain the door bins were half full of water, same for the cubby holes on the seats,and the carpets , mats and seats were sodden, I took out the seats and bolsters and mats and left a fan heater in for 3 hours. I had used kitchen roll to mop up the main water. I kept drying the windows , but then the rear lights steamed up so I left them in the sun with the seats .

Vacuumed the interior for the 1st time in about a year!!

Built my wheel tree and stuck my 16" Fabia vRS alloys on it. Just deciding whether to sell or stick winters on them.

Also, finally received my dash cup holder after 6 months of waiting and fitted it.

Had her serviced and now £350 lighter!! Also got to book her back in for other jobs. :(

Had the misfortune of driving an Audi A4 - lovely engine and gearbox combo (3.0 TDi Quattro with 7 speed auto) but god awful boring interior.

It's great to be back in the Superb.

added a cupra r splitter and a good ol polish

Fitted some blue tinted wing mirror glass the the Superb

They were supposed to go on the wifes Fabia to sort out non functioning heated glass but they did'nt have the right backing

Ordered a mirror glass and both fog light surrounds after some t*** nicked them last night!

Decided to un-colour code my rear end a bit with the help of some 3M vinyl. Looks not too bad for my handiwork. Can't see it in this pic, but the little lock dimple wouldn't wrap well at all, so that's still showing. Will be spraying that, and any red showing in the number plate light recesses in the next few days.
