  • Popped to the garage at lunchtime to swap coolant temp sensor. I don't think it's the problem but it can't hurt. Going to swap O2 sensor later for the spare I have. Went well, all sorted in 5 mins. T

Hehe, same here.

I was going to remove all the rust on the rear drum brakes today when I realized that if I did that, I wouldn't have any brakes left. Went at it with a steel brush for twenty minutes then painted it with hammerite. They were simply too far gone to save.

Due to my front n/s tyre going bang and trying to put the car into armco on the way to work. Buy a new tyre and pray there is no damage to the alloy.

Not me but mr Autoglass put a new windscreen in , as the crack was getting in my view area . Looks all good now though .

Took it to the Dealers for new badges (Font and Rear) fitted under Warranty

The old ones have corroded along the inside edge

Booked it in for a towbar fitting next week. We've only gone and bought a bloomin' folding caravan!

attached laptop to confirm guessed diagnosis of faulty brake light switch :doh: , I suppose I can't complain as the car has done 113k miles in 8 years without issues

Damn, I just did the same. Except I also disassembled and removed the switch.

Pressure hosed the bird **** off the roof of my car. (After spending eight hours yesterday hoovering, washing and polishing it) bleedin' birds where's me gun?

Changed the cambelt and water pump. Took most of the weekend, but the car still works and its all done now.

spent 20 mins fitting drls and over an hour getting a wire in place to connect them to! also matt black wrapped B pillars on drivers side to see if i like it or not!

I managed to break something. It get a dodgy loose-plastic-flapping-around sound from the front end at or over 40mph.

Took my tea tray to the bodyshop this morning
