Would someone with the Gobi interior do me a favour and put up a nice picture of the back seats....pretty please :)

I've put a few (photoshopped) pictures together from here to show SWMBO what the inside of my her yeti will look like when if it arrives ;)

A nice open boot shot of the black pearl effect would be nice too, and maybe the front shot of yours Howser??

You will find the most detailed pictures of any Yeti test in this Indian test from 2010. All with a Gobi interior:

Just note that the nets in the boot should NOT be hung from the curry hooks like they did in the photos! There are special indents in the horizontal rails to which the nets should be hooked.

Quick grab shots at lunchtime, first time it has really been dry in the four weeks I have had the car! :wonder:

Terribly smart an arty; I like.

Except what are those overgrown dandelions doing? what's in the ground up there, noticing its a disused airfield or radar site or something? :giggle:

LOL, cheers. It's an old coal mine, but once they installed the turbines the rest of the site is now being restored to natural bogland by removing a lot of the drainage that was installed. Bizarre mix of very modern high tech with moves to undo yesterday's technological "developments".

The building in the background is brand new. The whole site was wasteland after the mine shut down. I only discovered it a couple of weeks ago. On foot you can wander among the turbines and get some really cool photos.

Sadly no way to get the SM up there due to the locked gate. I used to work for ScottishPower so may have to see if I can use any old contacts to gain access

Thanks, I know!

In that pic it looks like Aqua BLue color.

Did You HDR it?

Nice pics!

Thanks, no that one isn't HDR, the very first one of the set is but the one you mention is actually the least tweaked of the lot. It was just a sunny day. I agree though it does look uncannily like aqua blue. The shots were processed using Nik HDR efex Pro or Nik Colour Efex Pro and shot on a Nikon D700. Other than quick tweaks there was very little done to them though.

Here is Elsie the Helipad on her winter wheels, taken yesterday, and this shows the black wheels and the T5/Skoda hub caps nicely.

Very nice; my winter wheels/tyres won't be going on few a few days yet.

Nevertheless, here's a pic of Kevin outside my office early the other morning (a bit grainy as it was taken on my phone);-

I was looking for it a few days back and wondered where it had gone?
