Featured Replies

Does anybody know if you can get an arm rest for an Octavia vRS? If so, where from?

Cheers!

Wot? Not standard in the UK ?

They're standard in Ireland.

I can fit one, ( I've recently had the experience of dismantling my one) but haven't got a clue where to get one from.

Good luck.

I *really* like my armrest, but not sure I would pay

yeah i like mine. Came standard with the car.

I never use mine - it gets in the way of the handbrake :thumbdwn:

i was just sat here thinking,"what about the handbrake?"deffinatley not worth the money IMHO,one out of a scrapper maybe

The armrest was going to be one of the first things on the wish list. But after having a small bottle of water in the cup holder and finding that it gets in the way of the handbrake, I've gone off the idea of the armrest.

Lets get something straight, the armrest is both comfy and useful - if you see one at a scrappy etc then go ahead... but it's worth

The arm rest does initially get in the way, but with everything you get used to it (and find a knack in using it) and to be honest it doesn't bother me anymore. There excellent.

Thanks for all the replies! Didn't realise how expensive they were. Guess I have to start saving up! lol

Should be able to find a few Octy Elegance models in the breakers yard by now and they have them as standard.

Cheers

Hi all,

I was going to post on a thread i started couple weeks ago but as its the same subject i`ll keep it to this one.

Would a mk4 golf/bora, audi armrest fit into a octy as a cheaper option?

Coz there`s a few on ebay at the mo and look oem.

Cheers

Once upon a time all these parts were required to fit an armrest to an Octavia. Skoda have now introduced an aftermarket accessory for an Octavia armrest. Ask your retailer to check his EPAC

does the arm rest have any storage use?the cup holder is next to useless imho, and the ciggarette lighter not in a good place for powering my ipod,if i could find one cheap enough and i could still access the ciggie socket ,it might be a goer(from a breakers of course)

Yes, it has space.. can throw mobile \ keys \ etc in it...

Has anyone got a good photo of the armrest?

And is it easy to fit yourself?
