Turners of Erlestoke ,Wiltshire. Owners son is Skoda Master Tech, keeps it running in top condition.

Kicked out by Skoda New car sales, because they were a country village operation, who wouldn't comply with the massive investment insisted upon by Skoda UK Corporate " eat your meal off the floor" set up.

Brings back memories , I loved my mk1vRS & my mk2 vRS,mine was never troublesome, warts and all.

Sorry Skoda, your CEO F .... Up no mk3 vRS, IMO and many others.

Saw a Blue Mk2 Fabia Vrs with white alloys on a 63 plate in Braithwaite, Cumbria last weekend on a 63 plate looked like a local resident.

Took this old beast out for a good run today. Built in late 2011, bought in early 2012. 51,000 KILOMETERS on the clock. One of the very first non vRS' to come in a vRS colour.

When I got the car back in November I was trading in a 21 Plate Fabia wanting an upgrade in terms of spec and size. I had previously had a 150PS TDI Superb 3 so knew thats what I wanted again. It had 123,000 miles and a few age related tatty marks and body marks. Most of the interior lights had been changed to White LED, AdBlue had been coded out and it had some hideous quilted floor mats. The wheels had been refurbed in dark metallic grey and the calipers painted red. The reversing sensors were

Hi everyone! I’ve been thinking about taking my TDI RS Octavia to a track day, but I know that the stock oil cooling is a critical weak point. My question is whether there is an OEM+ solution out there, like using a Crafter oil cooler, or if I should go with an external oil cooler instead. On top of that, how plug-and-play is an external oil cooler setup?

Anyone else aware of a droning sound? On journey home from the dealership I was soon aware of a muted but constant droning. This was in marked contrast to the 'drone-free' 1.1 DSG Kamiq which I'd had for the previous three years. I've had the Karoq now for a few months and, with the exception of the droning, I'm pleased. At this point I have a confession: Karoq test drive was exclusively in-town streets. Previous car was 1.1 Kamiq SE DSG. The three years with it had been a superb experienc

Well strange predicament due to dads age and alzheimers diagnosis he shifted his car to me. Pretty damn nice car 1.8T DSG 2014 less than 20k, packed with as much as mine has and more besides like adaptive cruise, folding mirrors. Not sure I need 2 though longer term tho....useful for now though as my petrol vRS similar vintage really could do with a clutch <80k miles so I am grateful for it regardless ! Not exactly the slow option either, obviously not quite as good as a 2.0T but better eco
