Although I live in wonderful Yorkshire I and SWMBO are visiting friends in Orpington that weekend. I may be able to negotiate leave of absence on the 27th if I play my cards right. Any idea what the timetable is and when we'd finish, cos we've got to return 'oop north' that afternoon?

We are going to meet at 0930 aiming to leave as soon as everyone arrives or by 10am at the latest.

The lanes will take probably 2-3 hours to complete and as for our finishing point it is a little hard to say as the route we'll be taking depends a lot on the preceeding and current weather on the day.

Hi there Polocoupe... I've spoken to James about opening it up to other makes and he is happy to do a non Yeti event as a stand alone event another time. Just speak to him about that directly. For this Adventure we would like to keep it as a Yeti only event in order to get the maximum PR out of it for the future!

Haha no that lane takes 15 minutes to do in a car, but it is straight off a 20 minute lane plus and then it isn't far from that one to the next lane.

I prefer the crawl method when offroading to the take everything at maximum speed and break both the vehicle and the landscape!

I had look at one of the longer lanes yesterday and the surface is very nice, and the water hazards aren't bad at all!
