Yes I was going to go back to the dealer as the leaving home lights didn't work when I went to pick the wife up the day I got the car, but, after a long run of 200 miles ish the next day they worked in the evening and have worked several times since. Difficult to test now as the nights are getting longer, and I don't go out in the evenings much with the car

Thanks Sinclair, looks like you were right might still ask the dealer to change them to the fog lights though

My leaving home lights were set up- think the lights have to be set to Auto to work properly though

Good to see your car has arrived and that it is at least as good as your expectations. Not a bad turn around of three weeks factory to you.

Mine was built week of 4 April and was gone from the factory by the Friday, but as of yesterday was STILL sitting on the dock at Emden. With another two bank holidays to come who knows when I'll see it !!

I was so sure that it would be here by now that I cleaned and emptied my Octavia (being part exchanged) before I went on holiday last week and now have to put all my stuff back in the boot.

4 grey,cloudy and at times wet days out of 7 in Mallorca.... the highlight was a twenty minute run in a Superb taxi. That makes the wait even worse now I'm back.
