Ordered my VRs on the 19th march and just been informed by the dealer it's in emden Germany, roughly 3 weeks till pick up, meaning only 12 weeks total time!!

Getting excited now! :D

Anyone else on build week 19 had any news?

Well done mate, although I ordered mine 15th of Jan and have a provisional week 24 build date..... how does that work then !!!!

i also had week 19 and has been built and waiting at the port in Germany as well

My folks' Octy took just over a week to go from build complete to delivered. Hope it comes soon as mate! I'm itching to get mine and its just being built this week! Exciting times!!! :D

Well done to you. Although for the rest of us this is another example of the Skoda Factory Lottery at work. What options did you order Ash?

Definitely seems like a lottery doesn't it, I thought maybe someone cancelled with the same order or something

But according to trackmyskoda (ordered from Rainworth) it as been in transport from factory to Germany port for the last 8 days :doh:

Still fingers crossed for collection before the end of the month :thumbup:

*Update* - just checked again and now it says "arrived at UK port" :rofl:

It all depends how many cars they have waiting for North/South Dealers in the car park. They obviously have to fill a certain number of places on the boat before it'll take them to the UK, hence why some wait longer than others.

search on a shipping website, there is about 50 cargo ships with highway in their name...

Ours was a week 18 build, took about a week to get to the UK and is due to arrive at the dealers today with handover early next week

Looks like one landed on the 14th of May with "highway" in the name.

But you can search by vessle type / vessle name / port etc ;)

Sooo. based on that, mid next week it could arrive at dealers, then handover early week beginning the 30th...

getting stupidly excited like a kid at christmas :D
