if the insurance company declare the car a CAT A or B write off then you cannot buy it back and it will in the case of CAT A go straight in the crusher as is since no parts are allowed to be re-used at all. CAT B must be dismantled by an authorised recycler. The only cars you can buy back are CAT C and CAT D.

Well if the coilovers are goosed and you buy it back, I'm trying to find a pair of rear coilover spring seats & adjusters. ;)

Will keep this is mind I'm never gonna put it back on the road myself just wouldn't mind some of the parts off them if they are in good nick and they sell what I can to make some money up to buy another car.

Will keep you in mind pal, shame if they are as they only just 1 year old and done 10k if that. Had a brief look at drivers side and it just seemed the dust cover was broken but I imagine and I can buy a spare for that.

Aren't CAT A's for the like's of a car which have been involved in robbery's and or drug deals or have human remains on them from an RTA or something along those lines?
