Hey Brocky didn't know you were on here too. If your looking for some stickers for your silver rs I have loads of Briskoda ones left over in the middle of making some VAGdriver ones up too, to match the silver paint.

Wish mine was that tidy, really need to get some paint work done and tidy bumpers up

I just got Vagdrivers ones this week but would be delighted with some briskoda ones. I'll definitely take some off u.

Got some more work done. Tried spraying the wheels for the first time see how they turned out.
Turned out a bit darker than I wanted but in person they look pretty good on the silver body.

Sanded them down

Right so ordered a Jap Scrap radio cause I couldn't get hold of a Skoda MFD.

Here is the work

Here is the Jap scrap radio I got.
IMAG0026.jpg

Took the old Fusion radio I got with it out.
IMAG0024.jpg

Had to take off the glove box to fit it properly and wire the GPS dongle through too.
IMAG0023.jpg

All done fitted and GPS Very rarely wrong.
IMAG0044.jpg

To be honest I prefer this radio over the MFD it doesnt fit as flush as id like it to but it has a lot more features.
You can also run any Win CE GPS software I find iGO Primo with latest maps to be the best so far.

Also tried the handle and would like opinions on it, weather I should do the rest or not?

IMAG0034.jpg

I'd leave the handles as they were in my opinion. Think the black handles cheapens the car somewhat, the rest of the car look awesome though.

Good job on the wheels. I actually like the handles. I reckon the matching dark wheels pulls it off. Where did u get the arm rest?

  • Author

I thought that was the standard armrest :p If not id say they are easily retrofitted, cause I had to take it apart for some wiring of the stereos aux.

Some more little mods I got done this week!

Picked up a second Chrome Grille from the scrap yard and wrapped my old one in matte black. Just in case I ever want to go back to chrome I have the back up.

Also dewipered the rear as I never use it and looks cleaner in my opinion.

Also wrapped my friend's kidney grille of his E60 for the laugh.
IMAG0047.jpg

Black grill and wheels look great on your silver car there mate, also like the dewipered back windscreen mod. Stylishly tinted tail lights would work well imo

Ok how do you wrap bits of the car?

  • Author

I just take the part off and wrap it. Ill put up my process on the next thing I wrap.

All done fitted and GPS Very rarely wrong.
