Just thought i'd whore these pics out they were taken by a friend of a friend who is in to photography and he came along to the big fat tour last month as he is after getting into taking pics of cars as its not his usual thing,he was taking pics of a couple of cars at the end and offered to take some of mine but the weather was causing problems for him but he got a few anyway which i think turned out well

hopefully get him to come out and do some more in the future after a bit of tidying up and cleaning,anyway here they are

to be honest i've never really looked at the wipers that closely but i'll have a look at some golf ones to see what you mean

only slightly now if you turn full lock at faster than a few mph

I made them myself as my badges were knackered and thought i'd do something different rather than just buy some new ones,so basically i just rubbed them down and painted them black magic and then just got some skoda logos the size required

To be fair to him,they were done free hand in the rain with the sun causing havoc as he'd had to put most of his gear away cos of the rain but will hopefully get some better ones soon plus its only a hobby to him as he has a full time job

Again I'd like to thank people for there kind comments about the car,expected more hate than love to be honest as there are aspects of my car people normally dislike which is fine with me but its good to know that there is love for what I've done to it in my 8 years of ownership and as I'm on blackberry I can't multi quote but to answer the couple of questions then yes the rear arches are flared out as I wanted a bit of extra clearance and yes the vrs logo is stencilled on the fmic,some people think its on the radiator with it been black but I just painted the fmic as it was looking a little bit tired from weathering so did it black to keep the front looking dark
