Hmmm Exeter to Chepstow in 90 minutes...? Arrival around 7.30pm, allowing for Bristol M5 usual chaos! Is there going to be group buy of steak & chips @ the huntsman? Although I would strongly recommend not asking for a group discount, as we'd be kicked out...

Group discount? Do we have a poll for which condiments will be required?

All I know is I'll be ravenous after the journey and would devour a scabby dog if there was one unlucky enough to be in the pub when I arrive!

Just remembered I'm travelling on the Saturday, not bloody Friday! Therefore I'll be arriving during mid-afternoon, and may check-in, then explore the area a bit? I think there's some good forested areas around there? I reckon arrival at 2 or 3pm then.

Not decided on a time to arrive yet, but I suspect it will be well before dinner.

I was going to put up directions for you guys - honest, but Jason has beaten me to it. Only thing I would add is do make sure you turn off the M4 on to M48 for Chepstow going over the OLD Severn bridge and also Racecourse Garage is now Mitsubishi and Honda.

When you take this turn at the garage you will see the Racecouse entrance ahead of you which is the start point for the event.

Will try to catch up with you guys Sat pm or eve - maybe go for a liitle spin on the Usk road (great road!) or show you where the 2nd event is at Caerwent - just to familiarise you with the roads!!

Edited to say I have too much time at work sometimes, so finding the hotel's webpage and then finding a streetmap.co.uk link was only five minutes work. I guess I'm also too damn kind to let you all frantically scrabble through your UK maps...

Should be fun for me - I've been over the "new" Severn Bridge loads of times since I went to Uni in Swansea, but I have NEVER been over the old one... Weird that! Anyone know how much the toll is nowadays?
