How many turns up is the front on?

12 threads up. Rears are right at the bottom of the adjusters.

I had the rear adjusters out at first, but to get the rake stance I want it meant the front sat too low.

It seems there's too much of a jump between bottom of the adjusters and without the adjusters on the rear. I could do with halfway in between really. I could fabricate something, but it's probably not worth it as I won't be keeping the wheels on too long.

Looking good mate. Sits really well. Shame about the leather getting delayed. You got a new date yet?

what was the reason for delay in leather? hope mine isnt delayed

No new date as of yet.

Im sure you'll be fine mate, sounds like it was a problem with the courier after me ordering so close to Christmas and new year.

How long is turn around?

Half a day?

Only getting the seats done today. It would be twice as long if the door cards were being done also.

Half a day! no way thats rapid.

Can't wait to see some pics of these retrims :)

can wait to see this too, im getting both seats and door cards done the same day.

I was meant to also, but I've got leather door cards from the previous owners retrim, and as they're glued in, seat surgeons didnt wanna risk ruining the door cards by removing the current leather.

So plan is to sell my current ones in exchange for standard cloth cards, then pop back up to have them retrimmed.

The seats are absolutely amazing, so happy with them. Ill get proper pics when I'm off on Saturday.....

but for now B)

I used to have pressed plates but I'm with Luke now just a very clean, simple and plain legal plate looks the best.

Loving your new leather, tidy! Look forward to more pics.

Too each their own. I like legal UK pressed plates, they look clean and smart IMO,They beat plastic ones.

Not a fan of german pressed styles..

Thanks mate!

i had pressed ones thought they were nice but one got nicked and when i put shortened legal plates back on it did look cleaner, so i wouldnt get pressed plates again
