Just renewed mine too - £826 and £600 excess - the excuse is that there are so many uninsured drivers on the road and the snow we had earlier in the year. The quote is £200 more than last year. There was a time when my insurance was £200 per year lol

Still coming on Saturday though - got to have some enjoyment out of my car =)

I may have to bow out of this but I'll decide on the day.

Insurance is a hassle isn't it. Mine is coming in at £1200! 26 yrs old with 3 years NCB, 10k a year.
