picked up the rotas today and all is good,there all in good condition as described with only a couple of small marks which were shown in his photos and come with a set of avons with reasonable tread 

 

 

 

 

and this is why i wanted some grids after i tried my mates set on,might just be me but i think they look so aggressive 

 

just need to get cracking on and get it finished and back on the road soon

wheels are a winner, that wing looks a tad odd, get some new feet cut for it to make it sit higher 

Well you certainly know how to make a lot of people happy mate thats one bad ass machine, and your right its what pleases you that really counts most of all.Had a mk1 Vrs for 4 yrs till written off before xmas got a mk 2 a bag of **** compared to the original to complicated for its own good. Look forward to how you get on with the mods them rotas are wicked wheels love them.

And to be honest it gets more loathe than love from people haha

Well a little bit more progress over the weekend,put the wheels on and put it back on the ground and fitted the bonnet vents and catches in,just need to crack on with painting it now

Ordered some rivet on wheel arches too so will see what there like when I get them and work out spacer sizes etc then hopefully get it sitting how I want it

Loving it! I could have done with this for our Mad Max themed event in Feb

Updates?

Been busy with work so not done anything,might try and get some stuff done at the weekend and post some updates and dash should hopefully be back from been flocked shortly

Got a mate that does flocking and always fancied getting the dash done but I'd lose my rag and smash it if it didn't come straight out lol

Well I was stripping it out anyway and thought I might as well pull the dash out at the same time and get it done

don't even know if I'll like it yet but no going back now lol

Update time

Got the seats and harness's fitted in

And collected the dash bits from been flocked

And popped the dash in place to see how it looks

Hopefully get some time next weekend to fit all the dash back together

Model of recaro is that seat D? Looking at something the same style for mine

Cheers dude and It's an old racer spg seat and the new ones don't have the hoops anymore :( but I prefer the look of seats with the hoops
