thanks mate.. yeh not bad for £1500! Not including the mods it only cost me £2000 to get it looking respectable with a new cambelt, water pump and full service, 2 new wings, new front bumper, rear bumper, rear door. Like! i dont wanna work out how much the mods have cost! lol

Just confirmed that the car will be coming off the road again for about a week for some tinkering. This will be totally custom and to say im excited is an understatment! Its one thing i have always hated about the octy going to be changed!!

Adam, u mite be correct!! also mate, as you work where you do, can you get me a price of some spray paint for my car. need enough to spray bump strips, and milotec bumper vents.

oooh bumper vents will look great. Can you not remove the side strips on the Octy?

yeh i tried before and the bonding on them was so hard to get off i bonded it back on again! lol ill spray em, mite save my door as it lives in a garage so somtimes gets knocked about a bit on the walls with the doors.

think it took me about 2 hours to get all the stuff off under mine only to go and stick another one back on... haha

mega missions aint it. im normally game for a challenge but that was tedious. ill get all my bump strips sprayed and do my vents too.. mite get the bumper ones done by your lot adam, and rattle can the door strips myself.

the new shinys will be done, wheels are comming in the next week or so, i just need a couple of tyres and they will be on. I aint going 9.5s either now as its to much of a ball ache. mite just tuck it up and slam it some more lol

Yeah removing them is a bit tedious. Took me a good few hours and quite a bit of white spirit, but got there in the end and it looks great :-D
