What wheels have you gone for fella? I fancy a new set for my own as I think it's too black, want a nice fresh silver set on it.

I will post a picture tomorrow, pretty common though :(

I thought the black on black was lovely on yours!

Red is deffo the best, I've had mine for a year now, thinking of getting some JOM coilovers as APEX springs have ruined my shocks! Any chance you could send me a link for the citigo badges? And were they a flush fit front and back? Also what products do you use to bring the paint work back to life? I've been using super resin polish but want something to protect aswell! Also no problems with the paint under the bump strip?!

GOOD WORK!!

I would save your money and get APs or even better coilovers :)

I use super resin polish and FK1000P paint sealant, it's got about 2-3 coats on it at the moment. Would like it machine polished in the future though.

No problems at all with the paint under the bump strips - so glad I removed them!

Here is the link to the ones I bought

AP shocks and springs or coilys?!

I've got AP coilys but the shock and spring kit looks good value!

This thread really needs updating with the developments (hint hint) of this week ;)

Tomorrow I promise.

Jealous much  :giggle:. How much power that going to give you?

Got bad news for you though, just acquired some 312mm callipers/carriers for cheap and down for the group buy headlights, which means the Fabias staying for the foreseeable.

It's fitted mate, it feels amazing and sounds even better. Absolutely love the sound, just want to keep on driving it!

I did the 312mm upgrade a while ago - it's a good mod :) and I am in the group buy for the headlights too.

Nice updates Dan, good choice on the wheels :)

Got the new wheels on earlier, the true stuff needs cleaning off properly and they need some tyre shine but I'm very happy. Running 15mm spacers on rear and 10mm on front, looks nice and chunky!

That looks spot on Dan :)

You're going to have to work hard on them tyres!

Looking good Dan!

Do you have any pics of your widemouth? I'm toying with doing it, as my front bumper is going to get a re-spray at some point soon anyway....

Couple of coats of meguiars should get them glossy, they're never going to be that shiny for very long though due to the nature of roads I drive along :(

Thanks Alex, I think my bumper needs a spray too, the paint seems to lift from that sewage line! I've not long had the rear one done. I'm tempted to get the bumper done and a few other places touched up.

Just realised I've never posted a photo of my wide mouth.

Not sure how it will turn out as it's off my old phone.

Thanks Charlie, seen a photo of a red VRS with the same headlights as yours and it suits it very well! Just a few small finishing touches on the outside before I splash the cash on the interior I think :)

Yeah I saw one at the mega meet :) it did look great, especially as they have the black inserts :)
