Let me know how it looks, I personally like it a lot, all done with plasti-dip! This stuff is brilliant, and if it looks rubbish or you do it wrong just peel it off!

Thanks for the comments!!

I bought the plasti-dip to do the chrome headlight surrounds on my girlfriends cooper s, and thought I'd use some of the tin up on this! Breaks the white up I think an adds a bit more sporty look!

I've seen a few German Fabias with this mod. I think it makes the front look much better but I would use vinyl cause it would also protect the covered area from stones.

I don't get it.. Why shouldn't plasti dip protect as much as vinyl? In that case I'd be worried to even wash the car..

In terms of abuse you can't compare the two. Good quality vinyl is much more durable and especially in areas like the splitter. Also don't compare a pressure hose with stones flying at high speeds. Don't take my word just try it and you will see the difference.

Looks niiice. Just not keen on the Santa Claus vinyl tho! ;-)

Haha, I had to do everything on my phone and a photo editor I had to download was rubbish, so I thought I would get in the festive mood lol

Loving this, been looking at doing this for a while. Dudnt event think to use this duh.

Are you happy with the finish you got?? I havent used this stuff before, you reckon its pretty easy to remove if required.

A wee list ofAdditional parts i would do:

Rear bumper diffuser

Maybe monte style round wheel arch and sill??

I like the finish I got, if I were to do it again I would remove the black grill but I think the bumper has to come off as I had a look and a good pull an push an it wouldn't budge. Just so I could get a better finish at the part where they meet.

Don't think I'd like the bits round the arches or the sills done. Would be a bit too much I think, would look like a monte wanna be lol
