I've been thinking about getting a MK3 Octavia (if the S-Max sells) but seeing this I think a MK2 Facelift will be just the ticket with a few choice retrofits

There are 2x wires that come from the interior mirror that makes it dim

From interior mirror to the door the wires were there. I had to add the wiring from there to the door controller and in the mirror

 

I added the wiring but had a duff mirror, so bought a pair and bingo

Im not sure quite where this guy finds these mods but great work fella.. you could be the only reason I stay with Skoda and dont go for a BMW or something.. A lot of these mods would be great should i choose to go for a FL octy... see what the new year brings

In Czech Republic had RS default xenon lights as in version OCT 3 RS

Eddie, as a soon to be VRS MK2 owner, I may be attempting some of these mods.

You guys have done a fantastic job and have done things I would not have thought possible!

I really missed have electric folding mirrors, so gave in and ordered some. Unfortunately I had to wait nearly a month for the Drivers side to come in to the dealer.

But now I have them fitted
