7am to leave latest 7:30am.

Im going from northampton usually leave at around 6am. Its not a hard drive and its easy to find

Is there a certain time before the track session that we have to go for sound checking or can we go at any time??

Briefing and sound checking are any time. (may close for lunch though)

Usually, to avoid hassle, leave 20 mins before session and get sound checked on way to line up.

I normally do it on the way in...

...but then that's normally loads later than then rest of you

Only problem I found doing it before the session was that they were running late by 2pm.

This caused quite a queue of cars for the track and it was awkward to get in the lane to go round the block for the sound check.

Which caused me a bit of stress as I was worrying about missing the session.

I drove past it when i was looking for the stand in September and went back later to get it done. It was much quieter the 1st time and meant i could avoid the signs they placed in the seperate lane for sound checking/avoiding track but with the mayhem that came after the crash, there was no hope of getting there 20 mins before the session. I think i'll go when i get there, saves trying to get round there later.

I might get mine done on arrival. But I am more focussed on getting a bacon roll & mug of tea with the voucher before 9am!
