Hunter Alignment results - Before & Afters

Featured Replies

Your Front Left Toe is still out, all the other readings are back on although the left rear camber is marginal. Your paying top dollar for the best system on the market so no reason why they should not all be absolutely top on. TAKE IT BACK!

  • as its new, just make sure the operator knows how to use it properly and not learning on the job.

  • The front camber is really close so as you say why fiddle,it's the rear at .4 of a degree difference I would want to be closer to each other.

£62 all in. I called up before I popped over & the fella said he was quiet that afternoon, so I popped in after work at 2pm.

Thank you - thought as much but wanted to confirm :) Will just get it booked in and look at some nice cars while there ;)

Front camber is uneven side to side, I'd want that evening up. Be better with rear camber adjusted closer to 1.20' too.

Thank you :) will mention it when I go back.

Well got mine done in WIM on Saturday and both camber and toe were out on both rear wheels and the front right toe was out also, car now feels very planted and solid on the road, would put the diagnostics up but have'nt got a scanner, paid top dollar though at £114...

If you are still pulling to one side have you checked the obvious as well - binding brakes, tyre pressures, swap the wheels left to right etc etc.

Those results don't look far enough out to make a car pull to one side, your thrust angles are basically pretty much spot on, just the camber needs a little attention to even it up.

I've checked the obvious. The guy at Kaizer did as well, including the tyre pressures. It's a new car (supposedly) shouldn't be having these issues. As I said in my other post I am getting a clicking noise when on full lock now which I haven't noticed before. Getting it booked in for next Saturday to have the alignment sorted, if I have it back from the dealers as it's in from tomorrow to look at other issues.

Not sure if this is relevant but i thought clicking noises on full lock were a sign of CV joint problems, at least that was what it used to be on older cars..

I reckon it will be. I was quoted up to £85 but like I say £36 + vat in the end because rears were fine.

£36 for mine as they only adjusted rear. front was within tolerance and some excuse about 2hours labour to possibly making things worse. not syre if im happy with that might go back to get it done properly

Is there one of these Hunter alignment jobbies in Coventry/Warwickshire?

Tyres Galore in Leicester have just put in Hunter Hawkeye kit.

Have just has mine adjusted and the benefit is very noticeable ... I am impressed :)

Had mine done about 3 months back and noticed a big difference, mind you had both rears and fronts done so paid top money. Recently however I've started hearing a drooning coming from the rear on some surfaces so am going to swap the wheels to see if that sorts it..

£50 for me, Rear os was in the red but all 4 got a tweak.

Didn't notice bugger all difference after it. Doubt it'll make any difference to sawtoothing I think tread pattern has more influence.

Only one of my rears were out but the sawtoothing was pretty even on both.
