Love all those extra bits of chrome. Is there a kit for sale somewhere that I could buy? Would they just stick on what's there or replace? Is that standard on elegance models?

No, the chrome trim on the steering wheel does not exist on any Fabia model - but the cover or airbag with the chrome trim from the Octavia, Superb and Roomster fits the wheel in the Fabia.
