How to get even lower ?

Featured Replies

Hi

I am currently running on TA-Technics without front helper spring, and not all the way wound at the back. The rear is not a problem, but the front is my personal hell. How to "milk" couple more cenimetres out from this setup ? Would really like to gain another 2-3cm ?

What can I do ? Is there any possibility to try with different lower main spring, and if yes then wich one ?

The engine is 1.4 8v MPI.

Here are the pics at the moment how it stands... fronts are 7.5 and rears 9x16, but the rims will be on car for couple more days...

Air-ride

Different farb

Chassis notch

Looks plenty low already ;)

if you dont care too much about ride quality you could cut the springs down a tad.

Air ride.

If you care about your well being and safety don't cut the springs down.

Chassis notch + smaller tyres ;)

Thanks! So there is no way I could make coilover drop any lower. I would like to get air ride, but here it is very veeery expensive, I am from Bosnia :/

@matt: I was already thinking about smaller tyres, but then the arch gap would appear... And you know what is common to arch gap and vag*nas ? The more fingers you can put, the worse it gets haha :D
