I'm visiting my dealer on Wednesday, but I'd appreciate any advice in the meantime.

My Superb has the Amundsen unit which does everything I need. However since my last visit to the dealer, it comes on with volume level 5, but I have it set as 10 in the initial volume setting slot in the sound part of the system menu. However, next time I start the car, the sound level's back at "5" - too quiet for me!

The manual is quite vague!.

RDS and Nav levels are OK

Any help really welcome.

He, I have exactly the same problem, except that my car has never been to the dealer. I also can't find out why it's always starting at this very low volume level. Do you also have a the 10 speaker sound system?

No, just standard system; I'll let you know if I get any joy from the dealer!

so checked that in the morning, my amunsen+ gets on with volume which I set in menu. Tried to change the value and switch the unit off and on again and behaves the same way - preserves the setting.
