Hi - does anyone have any experience of this Skoda dealer? I would appreciate any opinions if so. Looking to buy my first Skoda Fabia, I haven't driven a car for about 6 years but now need one again. I haven't got a clue where is best to go in my area for Skoda.

Hi the best dealer for customer service by far is the one near Ely, one of the last family run dealers and no pushy salesman it's as if they just want to help. Give them a try 01353 699302 I hope this helps

Thank you so much to everyone who replied, your help and advice is invaluable! So much appreciated, apologies for delayed reply - I had a few techie issues and couldn't seem to reply to forum posts for a while.

So anyway, I took your excellent advice and purchased from ALS in Ely. They are indeed extremely helpful, knowledgable, efficient and an absolute pleasure to deal with. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you all again for the pointer in right direction.
