It does need lowering.... Might have to see what the dealer will charge for that. When I ordered I had no idea that was even an option.

It makes me sad seeing a great looking car ruined by black alloys. I dream of a world when people realise that black alloys look cack!

I dream of a world where people aren't self-opinionated *****

:)

Well, I would slightly agree with Black wheels looking a bit "naff/show off" on 1.2 Corsas and stuff, I mean seriously what is it with 17 year old kids driving black alloy fiesta 1.2's and vauxhall corsa's!

I drove one a year ago and the sales guy said.. yeah its got the looks of a VXR but with a low insurance group and running costs.

Basically, I wasn't impressed.. they struggle todo 70mph. I love pulling up to next to these kids at the nearest traffic light start line to watch them show me there impressive grand prix start.

SORRY.. off topic..

I quite like all black personally though and yes...

ITS A B**CH to keep clean! I spend hours cleaning.

I have a tally of how many small scratches that have appeared now though! :(

i have a black one. had it for 10 days, cleaned it 4 times, definitely suffering from OCD :). it is difficult to keep clean but looks good when cleaned. ordered mine with the eighbach springs 20mm drop looks the Dog B******S.

Springs are defo on my to buy list (along with a few other things!) - really does look better a little lower.

Congrats on being another black vRS owner!

Nought wrong with black wheels but think only certain car colours carry them off; white and black being the main ones.

Only thing i dont like about the black wheels on the Fabia are polished rim; dont understand why they didnt just finish then entirely black. Dark Chromes are lovely but nightmare to repair and they spider web after a few months.

Very nice in black. ..looks very sleek.

I de badged mine myself last night and it does look better IMO. Quick and easy job that gives good results.

I would do one thing asap.... swap the indicator bulbs for chrome ones, that will really clean up the front, again IMO.

Nice motor!

I'm in two minds about the polished part of the rim. On a side-on view, I often think all black would be better, but seen from the rear or front quarter, the silver highlight adds a little something...

De-badging is the way to go for sure, I wasn't entirely positive I wanted it, but now it's done I'm really happy with the look. Even more so with the side stickers taken off.

Bulbs are also on the shopping list - it just gets longer and longer!!!

The last of my new builds should be here by the weekend! Full HID conversion, CREE Q5 sidelights, CREE Q5 DRLs, CREE Q5 Fog lights, Silvertec indicator bulbs, LED number plate bulbs, LED interior bulbs and LED Boot lamp. ....have I missed any thing lol. Thinking of having the rear cluster tinted and using CREE bulbs in there too??

The rear looks so much smoother debadged.
