Liking that. Needs a bit of Barrie-tweaking!

Gorgeous! Looking to buy a Roomster after the summer, shame they don't seem to be going ahead with this :(

Compact hearse?

Slam it. Yellow fogs. De-badge. Tints from the B-pillar back and lose those orange indicator bulbs.

Job Done

Roomster Monte.......

just needs some gold trims Bryan no?

trouble is with the looks it needs to go like the proverbial stuff off a shovel

I actually prefer that being all black, surprisingly :) (shock horror)

This was my plan with the Roomster I got hold of, but I got distracted by other stuff.

I think an all black Roomster Monte would look pretty good. :)

I like that.

Amen. does it share the same 1.4 tsi lump as in the current Fabia vRS......

That's easily a 200bhp beast with not too much effort.

Hmmmmmm.

Probably comes with the 1.2 69bhp 3 potter thingy

Looks a bit like a `pimp my ride` though.I suppose I could eventually learn to live with the wheels, although its high time the Roomster had a Limited Edition

I thought you'd already gone the 200bhp way via Darkside?

Spoken to them. Needing to sort some other things first. DMF has started rattling @ 70k, so I'll likely do clutch & or SMF, (possibly 6 speed box) before looking at BFOFMIC, Turbo and associated parts.....

So why aren't they doing it then?

I'm confused, they look like official pics to me.

AFAIK they are releasing it Garry

Just not in the uk probably.

Same as Monte Carlo estate :)

Looks the business - but nothing listed on the SUK website

Strikingly functional: The special edition ŠKODA Roomster Noire

6/28/2013

The new Roomster special edition convinces with sporty design elements. ŠKODA Roomster offers a lot of space, high functionality and variability.

A sporty look paired with high functionality and lots of room – that’s what the new special edition ŠKODA Roomster Noire will offer as of today. The popular large capacity car convinces as an attractive special edition with black exterior design elements and an upgraded interior.

Beginning today, the Roomster will pull up in a particularly dynamic look as the special edition Noire. The ŠKODA Roomster Noire is based on the equipment version “Ambition”, while the available engines correspond to the current Roomster engine portfolio. The new special edition convinces with tinted windows and the “SunSet”package, black 16-inch alloy wheels in the “Comet” design, black highlighted headlights and black fog lights with integrated daylight running lights. Upon request, black 17-inch alloy wheels in the “Trinity” design are available as well.

The grille and the side mirrors are also painted black; moreover, a black roofmay be purchased upon request. The front bumper has received a black spoiler, the rear bumper a black diffuser. The “B” column is covered with an adhesive decorative black film. Five vehicle colors are available: corrida-red, brilliant-silver, candy-white, magic-black and cappuccino-beige.

The interior of the ŠKODA Roomster Noire has been particularly upgraded with black-red sport seats and the small leather package: the 3-spoke steering wheel, hand brake grip and gear shift are coated with leather and framed by red threads. Likewise, the front entry bars are made of aluminum and pedal covers are made of stainless steel.

Since its launch in 2006, the ŠKODA Roomster has been one of the most attractive representatives in the segment of the so-called “multi purpose vehicles”, in short referred to as “MPV”. Highest functionality and variability, lots of space, safety and comfort are among the outstanding characteristics of the vehicle, which in 2012 alone was sold 38,000 times worldwide.

Saw the Roomster "Black Edition" at Goodwood yesterday.

Interestingly, the door sill protectors had "Noire" on them.

So it looks like we have finally got the Roomster Noire, just a bit late.

I did like the look of it, other than the lack of any side detailing.

It really needs a door rubbing strip, crease in the panel or the Monte trim along the bottom to break up the big flat door.

Nice steering wheel, gear stick and handbrake in black leather with red stitching, but a bit odd the stitching on all the black seats is white. So they don't match.

Price was a bit of an eye opener though at over £15,000. For a Roomster with a sensible (modest output) engine.

Corrected it for you ;)

So which engine(s) does it come in? the 1.2tsi 105 or 1.6tdi 105? For £15k I don't expect the 1.2htp

1.2tsi petrol manual, 105bhp.
