Brake caliper carriers for 288mm->312mm upgrade Octavia Golf Leon

Featured Replies

These are the most wanted caliper carries for front 288mm to 312mm ATE brake upgrades in Golf , mk5, Octavia mk2, Leon mk2, Passat B6, Audi etc..

In most cases all you need to do the upgrade are new 312mm discs and caliper carriers (you can still use your old calipers)

£80 delivered a pair

(I do also have the rear carriers available to upgrade from 255/260mm to 282mm)

They have been sand blasted and powder coated in red as you can see in the picture

(there might be some small paint chips here and there from handling and shipping)

they are identical and fit both sides

The calipers fitting them have numbers 581 and 582 printed on them but there can be some other compatible out there depend on the vehicle make/model most likely any 288mm brake calipers will fit just fine) .

here is how one of the compatible calipers looks like:

Compatible part numbers:

3C0 615 125 passat B6
1K0 615 125C leon mk2
1K0 615 125E octavia mk2 RS
5N0 615 125A octavia mk2 RS
5N0 615 125 superb a3 golf

The carriers you are about to replace should have number 801 printed on them.

the distance between the fixing holes on your hub should be around 145mm

Is that still true, as I would like a pair for my estate (see left for details)?

I want a front and rear set if they are available, don't need them powder coating red though

PS to my earlier post - it is the front ones that I need, to go from 288 to 312mm disks.

Done some searching on ebay, and this supplier did list them there at some time, but has now withdrawn the ad - so I think he does not have these calliper carriers anymore.
