No mate, but if you go up there (before 100%) it says on the back of that platform:

 

"Come back when you have 100%".

That's the problem with the new gen consoles, no backwards compatability. Though hopefully they'll bring out GTA for the XBox One/PS4.

Got my replacement for the Tailgator (above) stuck:

Got my car stuck on it's side in a back garden between two trees. Was a massive pain (I have no moneys to replace it :( ) until I realised you could just drive a few blocks over and call your mechanic to bring it to you.

 

I think I I need to do some grinding to build up a bank of cash.

I found the going slow to get any kind of money, so ended up buying a couple of cash cards to get the $400,000 apartment and some cars. I've since changed the apartment for one in Richards Majestic and only ended up paying around $50,000 as you get 50% of the traded apartment back.

 

I've now started playing with a 2nd character and trying to get them leveled up is taking a long time. Currently at rank 21 with my 2nd character and 41 with my main character. If i can get them both to about 50, i'll be happy but will obviously keep going to level up.

 

If anyone wants to do some races to let each other win so we can unlock other mods, let me know. I've tried a couple of races with randoms but they just cheat to win, though did have someone try to spin me out but ended up hitting a pole themselves and they finished last out of 3 of us with me being 2nd. I don't think racing by yourself works towards the unlocks either unfortunately, otherwise i would just do that.

The new update due this week apparently lets you gain cash for racing solo. So that will be a welcome change.

Found a good guy the other day to race with who never ragequit, but he then randomly put us both in a Rally race with me as co-driver (neither of us having a headset). That didn't go so well

It's not really the money side of racing that bothers me, just the win count towards the vehicle mod unlocks.

 

I think i'm about level 41 in the crew and did have the crew tyre smoke on one of my cars but decided it was cr@p and changed it. I did also spray one of my cars with the main character in the crew colour but again changed it after a while. I don't really see any of the XBox crew members, apart from Kiltedscot these days and i've friend requested him so i can still attempt missions with him.

Are you sure you can unlock things by winning solo races? I know you earn a handful of cash and RP just for your time but surely unlocks would defeat the object =/

Think you've read his reply wrong mate. As when you win in races with other people, you unlock stuff then, not by yourself.

Oh my bad, sorry. I knew you previously couldn't unlock by doing solo races and I had skim read and thought they had changed that.

 

BTW mission restarts after completion still work, I don't know how to do them but I was with a few people that did.
