Sounds incredible, also compared to my airfield sprint you had a bit of track to use, I was almost on a foot path!

Getting ready for Brands again on Monday.

Expecting about seven or eight GT-Rs of various vintages there.  Mostly older ones like my Skyline.

Looks like a busy day, it's fully booked and all the garages are booked.

With a decent presence from the GTROC and 10 or so cars from the MLR there will be plenty of quick cars on track.

Back at Brands today.

Great day and a lot of fun with a few interesting moments, on most laps.

Was running on the Toyo Proxes R888 tyres, so the car was certainly moving about!

No, I can't be bothered with that.

It was still quicker than most of the cars on 888s and having it so playful was a lot of fun and great for practicing car balance.

Was it as wet as it looked, or does the water on the windscreen make it look worse? I notice you weren't using wipers too much.

It was very wet, but I have a coating on the screen that helps the rain run off.

As of tonight 1010 miles on the R35.

Only another 200 and it can have it's "optimisation" service/check.

Which means I can then give it some more stick.

 

It's so much better on the road that previous year models I even started to work out the cost to use it as a daily.

Then realised fuel and tyres would be around £1,000 per month. Forking hell!
