Felicia ventilation system rumble

@Skynetz

It is not fair to question dohnjoe's reply. I watched the video you posted after my request and your blower had previously plenty of force (yeah, noisy too). Then you said you changed only the fan with a new identical one without disturbing anything else and... no air flow. So you tell us what's wrong. You were there, we didn't see what you did. Guess who is to blame?

  • I uploaded some photos for you. hope it helps understand what is in there.   http://radikal.cc/users/dohnjoe#alb=fanblower

  • I didn't have time before to do it, but here it is:

  • starting the engine was a bad idea. the bass from exhaust covered all noise.   open top part of blower box. take out 2 blower covers. now you can see the motor and blades. ignition key on. star

Yes I only took out the fan and replaced it and this fan has plenty of force too, you can hear it how it screams when it's on max, but it's barely blowing. I used two wires to switch +- on the connector to see if it's spinning in the wrong direction, but it's not because it was worse when I switched + and -.

The motor doesn't have the blades mounted wrong, so I was just asking what else could be wrong. It isn't obligatory that it's something I touched. Maybe another thing ? I really don't know.

Is there any shutter for air that could have locked itself in closed position ?
