COILOVER HELP PLEASE!

Hello all,

I recently purchased some JOM coilovers and had them fitted to my car last week. The garage fitted the coilovers and the car was knocking/banging. Sounded like the ARB banging on the drive shaft, so I suggested some shorter drop links which the garage found some drop links at around 11/2 - 2 inches shorter. Part number for drop links is HY/LS/1911

SORRY STILL SOUNDS LIKE THE ARB IS KNOCKING NOT AS BAD AS IT WAS IN THE FIRST PLACE THOUGH?? HENCE WHY I NEED SOME EVEN SHORTER DROP LINKS

Which drop links are best with this coilover kit?

HELP?!?!?!?! LOL

I ran JOM's for 18 months then binned them for AP's, get what you pay for.

Shorter links also last nowhere near as long. I was replacing them on a yearly basis

My skoda octavia 2.0L diesel has high oil consumption. It has no leaks and rocker cover replaced so that includes PCV valve replaced Uses approx10 or 12 litres between services. Engine has good power. Is the rings an issue here

Hello, after managing sucesfully on enabling Lane assistance I now get a error when doing auto scan in vcds saying 5F was coded incorrecty. Everything in the car works great and no issues have been noticed during this error. Would anyone be do kind in helping me figuring out what the issue is? Little update since i posted about my Superb 280 going stage 2 back in may. I have questioned the high torque figure ( 618nm) with the tuner and was assured that it's a safe map, ok i left it at that. Three days after remap, car starts burning oil without even being pushed hard. So i switched to thicker 5w40 Castrol Edge ( issue rectified) Week later i pinned it from traffic lights and car cut power after 5000rpm. Gear changes felt really rough and jerky. Questioned it with the tuner, got nowher

Hi. I'm having trouble with mounting the brackets in my combi essence drive. I've heard that it's compatible, as long as you make a few holes in the fabric of the boot. It fits almost perfectly, but there is something blocking the part, like 2 milimeters from the place. These are the parts that I'm using, if you have any instructions for this retrofit - please help! I'm attaching a photo, I made these 3 matching holes in the fabric, but there is still something wrong about the fit. 5E7864512
