why are skoda tolerances so high

Got my wheels aligned today, I was surprised to hear that the manufactuere toleraces is so high.

My wheels are probably better aligned than it came from the factory now.

I'd recommend all Fabia owners to get the alignment done at a proper place with readings before and after.
