Due to me upgrading to a GTB2260vk i will have for sale this setup in the next week or so

 

• Xman GTB1756vk Turbo on Cast Bolt-on flanged manifold done 4500 miles
• Custom stainless Steel 2.5" downpipe for Fabia, Polo, Ibiza fitment this joins to your cat back system
• Braided oil feed line and custom oil return pipe

 

The manifold has been heat wrapped and being the bolt on type you can upgrade to bigger turbo at a later date

The turbo has been orientated correctly to not foul on the driveshaft or bulk head

 

The car was mapped by Faboka off here and ran 251bhp & 361ft-lb at 2.1 bar, i know he has now mapped a few of these turbos and can testify and highly recommend him if you wish to use his mapping skill

 

Turbo is in perfect condition, no issues what so ever.

 

This setup is ideal as it is ready to bolt on and then just get mapped, no messing about with actuator or stop screws

if your struggling and want a GTB1756vk setup i can help you out, if you buy the turbo i can fit it and build you a downpipe to suit and set the stop screw and actuator for you

Power output as above with standard injectors, smoke was quite bad at that power level so I ran a less smokey map and lost around 10bhp & 10ft-lb but tbh it felt better to drive

DSSR Nozzles +90% capable of up to 320bhp from united diesels, Keith says this German nozzles are far superior to the likes of firad and Bosio and he's done them for an awesome price as well

After some uprated injectors and nozzles and been trying to find different suppliers/prices etc.

 

How much did you pay (if you dont mind me asking) and is it for just the nozzles or injectors as well?
