Needed tyres for the upcoming mot so thought I'd treat it to some meaty tread.

8x15 offset modular wheels & 31/10.50/15 mud terrains.

More than happy with how they sit.

2nd set of 6.5" component speakers for the front doors ordered and keeping it alpine and jbl I've picked up another alpine 4 channel amp to power them.

Did a bit more yesterday ready for a trip to newquay soon.

Fitted the modded Berlingo roof rack I got hold of, had some alloy spreaders made up so as it was nice yesterday decided to crack on.

Bits left to do are stainless side exit, snorkel and 2 new front wings.

Audio wise: door builds for the 2nd set of components, mount and wire in the 2nd amp to power them.

Booked into the local powerflow agent on the 2nd for a straight through side exit

Also gave it a clean a got rid of the last bit of chrome on the mirrors.

Last minute prep ready for karting the horses around tomorrow

Exhaust is done and sounding great.

It is good fun but not without its issues lol.

Bodywork is the next major thing I'll be tackling, needs 2 front wings and the bonnet painting.

Been out and greased the props today now my guns turned up, also knocked up a quick gauge holder but as per the usual my boost gauge hasn't turned up.

It'll want a bit more fettling no doubt but that's all part of the fun

Yep I thought you could take the back off and add a roll cage and have it as a pick-up. However you would have to move the rear seats and those speakers :( Hope everything goes okay!

Maintenance morning, grease gun turned up this morning so put it straight to work on all the props and gave them a good going over.

The steering idler doesn't come fitted with a grease nipple as standard just a bolt that ford/nissan swap out at service for a nipple and grease it so I order a 6mm nipple and fitted and grease that up too.

Also found a hissing/leak type noise once it's turned off from either one of the vac pipes or solenoids?

Ordered some purple vac hose to replace all the old brittle hoses so hopefully that'll cure it.
