Just for the record I have the following as confirmed as requiring accomodation, the (s) incates sharing. Others will be around for the evening and the days of Saturday and Sunday, but either live nearby or will be travelling for the day.

I will book confirmed rooms tonight, adding rooms as we can.

Camping is still an option for those that wish to, but not it's 8-10 miles from the hotel (again sorry for this change)

For all parties and those who have not had PM's, the Hotel is FROM 40 per room per night.

Rooms @40 can be shared by two adults. (std)

Rooms @50 can be shared by three adults. (delux)

Breakfast is 4.95(cont)6.95(english)-Sorry.

Apologies for the late provision of all this information.

If I have missed anybody please let me know, the hotel still has space for all of us indicated above, assuing some sharing (13 delux and 7 standard, of the 7 standard 3 are twins and 4 are doubles).

Looks good to me, Colin - Camping could be a bit dodgy as I'd have to lug a heavy tent around with me, which is not desirable. I'm still thinking my rear seats may suddenly fall out too. :( A skoda trait.
