Missing Lane Assist

Featured Replies

'Afternoon all

I've only had my car for a few days but was able to go for a freeway run today.  I have a RS with the full techpack but for the life off me I can't find the Lane Assist in the menu.  The manual states it exists, I follow the instructions both via the Columbus screen and the Wizard shortcut key but can't find anything.

The only thing in the system menu is "front assist".   Am i missing something obvious?

Cheers

As far as I'm aware Lane Assist isn't available in OZ, It's not part of the Tech Pack either, I have an Ambition + and an Elegance both with Tech Pack and neither have Lane Assist.

I find Lane Assist pretty inconsistent and useless on UK roads. If I could give it away you would be welcome to have mine.

I believe the front assist is the radar under the front bumper for things like the adaptive cruise control and collision avertion.

Yep, that all checks out.  I went back through all the sales media and couldn't find it mentioned.  I guess Aus misses out.
