Water evaporation

Ive had the low water light come on a few times, first time after a Free Winter check carried out at local skoda dealer,

I cannot see where its leaking from all visible pipes seem fine, followed them around with ultra brite torch no visible water seepage.

Some one suggested Radweld at Had seen some K Seal. Any ideas
