Nice to hear the reason. I've personally found the power steering a little to powerful, with my cars feeling a little to light at higher speeds. I was going to ask if the could make it heavier in some way at my next service before may. I have a 2013 (13) rapid (saloon look) elegance.

I'm sure I've read that VCDS can do this.

Technischer Hintergrund

An den betroffenen Rapid und Citigo Fahrzeugen kann es beim Motorstart zu einer Unterspannung und dadurch zu einer Kommunikationsstörung im Lenkhilfesteuergerät (J500) kommen. Dies kann zu einer schwergängigen Lenkung führen. Die Störung wird durch eine aktivierte Kontrollleuchte im Kombiinstrument angezeigt.
