    First rally today a few problems at the start car went into safe mode due to nipped abs wire on the way to the start line two stage maxs . Got it sorted thanks to Gary and kyle  White and the a sanpon

    a lot more parts removed yesterday engine out tomorrow night.

    aircon system  weights 26kg so its gone 

    jobs to done in th next few weeks 

    remove engine gearbox

    remove wiring loom for stripping to remove wires (weight not used).

    remove any unwanted metal brackets bolts (more weight)

    get carbon door cards made to replace standard easy ones.

    make up exhaust system

    get dash flocked.

    get weld in roll cage fitted

     make up aeroquip brake lines remove ABS 

    make up areoquip fuel lines.

    Lot of progress fairly quickly. This looks awesome. 

     

    This is worthy of a move to the 'Project Journals' section? This is definitely a huge project! Can't wait to see when it's done!

    thanks its going to roll cage guy in 2 weeks so big push to get shell stripped and  ready

    used hydrographic to sticker bomb a wheel going to try some carbon next

    very interesting to see the whole process in detail as it happens

     

    a lot of work, will be interesting to see the end result

     

    and hopefully worth it due to a few (or more) wins and trophies

    It's fascinating to see the Citigo's innards.

    BTW, Can I please have the CitiGo Steering Wheel if you planning to repalce it with more Racing one..? ;)

    the steering wheel is bent from when the  pseron had the accident in the car .
