where can I get the original as a replacement

Mick's Garage if you want to shop Irish! Otherwise, ebay. I got my last set from Mick's.

I got Bosch ones online. The front ones were Bosch from new (2102), and the new ones looked identical when fitted. However the rear didn't fit properly without a minor (and I do mean minor) modification. Perfectly happy with them and much cheaper than from a Skoda dealer.

How much did they charge for the wipers if you don't mind me asking? I try and stick with Bosch myself
