I moved from a 2003 Mazda 6 wagon and found the Superb to be narrower across the rear seats/boot than the Mazda (which was a little disappointing considering the extra length).

Pleased you're enjoying the Superb - it really is a fantastic GT, in the true sense of the term. Re Ridgeway, we've been using them since 2006 when we got our MKI and I was working at GreenPark. Of course, they were then the independent "Parkview" and since the t/o by Ridgeway, they've become somewhat more "corporate" and slightly less attentive, but are still great. I continued to use them when I left the business in GP in 2011 and although its becoming a bit more of a "chore" to do the 110 mile round trip to them for servicing etc.(God I can't believe I did that every working day for four years!) but because of their great customer service and the fact the local dealers round here are currently utter rubbish at every level, so until that changes, we'll continue to give Ridgeway our business for both our Superbs.

Good to hear I used to service at the Newbury branch as I never found the Reading one before (though I didn't look too hard!).

That is quite a trip for servicing!
