I've fitted one in my mk1 octy before too, measure the width of boot of the citego and I'll measure the brace when it's back

You'd be suprised at how difficult getting to the top mounts are, have to remove about 3 pieces of trim lol

The citego only weights 929kg apparently so 20kg is over 2% loss

I probably won't remove them, cause the leather is thicker we had to shave down the plastic cover that covers the centre mount, I don't think it'd go back on if I took it off, spare wheel will disappear though [emoji14]

Started cleaning up the Whiteline rarb I've had since Christmas, there's quite abit of surface rust

Quick wire brush on a drill got it back to looking ok

Now a few coats on hammerite black

Not looking too shabby now , done the brackets and clamps too, I'll just get some new nylocs and it'll be ready to go,
